Every year, Tableware International selects a group of finalists in 17 different tabletop categories. This year, there were 274 different products under consideration from 148 different tabletop brands, and we are proud to announce that two of our distinct collections were selected as one of the finalists for the 17 different awards. Twenty-eight international judges assembled to select the finalists.
Purity Specials from Bauscher (pictured above) was selected as a finalist for the Tabletop International 2019 Award of Excellence in the Hospitality Dinnerware category.
Purity Specials are rooted in Bauscher's traditional Noble China collection. The delicateness of the Purity collection goes one step further with Specials, though, making staging and display a central objective. Décor options include the Finest Loom pattern, Pearls Light, both Soft Gray and Natural designs, and the rustic Terrazzo.
All Purity Specials designs were created with space saving in mind. With vertical rims, plates are stackable and easy to handle.
PICARDIE COLOURS FROM DURALEX
Picardie is known world-wide as one of the preeminent glassware collections, and now the Picardie Colours edition is recognized by Tabletop International as a finalist in the Outdoor Tableware category.
With unrivaled durability from the tempering process, Duralex is previously awarded the best drinking glass design from Business Insider, but the real reason we love the collection is because of its rich history and identification as a glassware staple in France.
Winners of all 17 Award of Excellence categories will be announced on February 10, 2019, at the Tableware International Awards of Excellence 2019 event in Frankfurt, Germany. They will also be featured in the March edition of Tabletop International. Judges are comprised from a wide range of industry experts including buyers, retailers, distributors, designers, and industry experts from all across the globe.
It is a true honor for BauscherHepp brands to be considered for these awards, and we are appreciative of the judges and the entire Tabletop International organization.
