Chef Tom Jankovich is the Executive Chef at Grandfather Golf and Country Club in Linville, North Carolina. His "Ultimate Benedict" is a toasted English muffin topped with sautéed spinach, foie gras, fried quail egg, sesame-seared scallop, finished with wasabi and sriracha Hollandaise.
