Executive chef of Noble's Restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina, Kyle Krieger, shares his pâté dish in the October 2009 Deep Plate exercise.It consists of duck and chicken liver pâté, pickled woodear mushrooms, asparagus, haricot verts, and carrot with a flat bread crisp, micro amaranth, and crostini.
