Frozen Peach Crumble from Dawn Viola

Dawn Viola, a research chef and food writer from Orlando, Florida, created this amazing dessert as part of the August 2012 Deep Plate exercise.

Her frozen peach crumble consists of smoked white peach and brown sugar sorbet with almond butter crumble and macerated white peaches with basil blossoms.
