We didn't know grilled cheese could look so good. In this Deep Plate exercise from October 2009, Kelly G. Mullarney showed us how to use [Tafelstern Showpieces](https://deepplate.bauscherhepp.com/hubfs/Showpieces.pdf) for both savory and sweet applications.

Mullarney is the owner of Chef Innovations, Inc., in Orange, California. Her grilled cheese and tomato soup was created as a triple cheese grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque and mixed baby greens.
