Sweet and Savory Applications for Tafelstern Showpieces

We didn't know grilled cheese could look so good. In this Deep Plate exercise from October 2009, Kelly G. Mullarney showed us how to use Tafelstern Showpieces for both savory and sweet applications.

Mullarney is the owner of Chef Innovations, Inc., in Orange, California. Her grilled cheese and tomato soup was created as a triple cheese grilled cheese sandwich with tomato bisque and mixed baby greens.

 

 

Later on, she serves honey walnut brownies in the same Showpieces.
