This summer pudding was beautifully plated on Tafelstern Showpieces as part of the July 2011 Deep Plate Exercise.
Chef Lynn Warnesky of Merrimack, New Hampshire developed the dish to include sour cherry summer pudding with lemon curd, white chocolate, and summer berries.
