Delighting all senses is the most effective way to create happy diners. In this Deep Plate exercise from August 2009, Chef Eric Stein does just that.

Stein is the Wellness Chef at Enlightened Flavors in Denver, Colorado, and he produced a colorful plate of ginger glazed pork, roasted root vegetables, braised beet greens, smoked cheddar cornbread, and picked watermelon.
