Executive Chef Kyle Krieger of Noble's Restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina uses Tafelstern dinnerware in this July 2009 Deep Plate Exercise.

His pan-seared North Carolina Hog Snapper is paired with roasted zucchini purée, baby summer squash, cheddar-braised New Town Farm broccoli, lemon oil, and Tega Hills micro basil.
