Chef Jason Shillinglaw uses Tafelstern dinnerware to create culinary displays with a geometric flair.

Chef Shillinglaw is the Executive Chef of the Providence Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. His dish creates angles and shapes to display roasted duck breast cured pancetta style, sweet peas, sweet potato, and a brioche crisp.
